What you will do

• Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable and Collections team in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive operational excellence in collections, customer service, and account management.
• Coach and develop employees to improve performance and professional growth.
• Manage aging reports, payment arrangements, and internal financial processes.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain effective working relationships and resolve sensitive situations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Customer Service.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work in Guatemala City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience specifically within an AR or Collections department.
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid team structures.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and quality assurance programs.
• Experience with payment processing and financial reconciliation.
