What you will do

• Oversee GAAP and statutory financial reporting for the Government Solution product offering.
• Manage all internal and external audit functions to ensure process integrity and efficiency.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead global revenue accounting close and reporting in compliance with ASC 606.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external auditors or regulatory bodies.
• Perform financial analysis to determine trends and estimates, preparing detailed reports of significant changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience in Accounting or financial services.
• Must be based in Mesa, Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB guidance for publicly traded companies.
• Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition and CECL standards.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPA, CRCM, CRMA, CCEP, CRMP, or CIA.
• Experience in Compliance, Operational Risk, or Regulatory Compliance consulting.
