What you will do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses in compliance with US GAAP.
• Serve as the primary accounting partner for business unit leadership and FP&A stakeholders.
• Manage accounting integration activities for acquisitions and new business initiatives.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure strict SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, specifically leading close processes.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Must be based in Plantation, FL.
