Workstation Support

Location: Onsite in Columbus, Indiana; hybrid and remote work are not available. Travel to additional sites using a personal vehicle is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Salary: $18–$25 per hour on W-2 only; no C2C.

What you will do

• Install, modify, and repair personal computer hardware and software systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and user-operation issues and perform corrective actions.
• Respond to client inquiries about system operation and provide technical assistance.
• Train system users on supported systems and equipment.
• Move IT equipment within facilities and transport equipment between vehicles and sites.
• Travel to additional operations locations as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and peripherals.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including ASTM F2413 safety-rated boots at generation sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to other sites using a personal vehicle.
• Must work onsite; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
• Employment is available on W-2 only; C2C is not accepted.
