What you will do

  • Support daily operations of the Executive Briefing Center to keep all technology systems working for client presentations, demonstrations, and executive meetings
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced audiovisual equipment, video conferencing systems, and interactive presentation technologies
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and executives to prepare customized technical demonstrations and environments for client needs
  • Provide white-glove technical support for visiting executives and clients, resolving issues quickly and discreetly
  • Document and implement standard operating procedures for the EBC technology stack, including maintenance schedules, system updates, and disaster recovery protocols

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stay composed during time-sensitive executive briefings and demonstrations
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and worst practices, including real-world application
  • On-call experience with the ability to respond within agreed time limits, work continuously until resolution, and escalate when appropriate
