Payroll Analyst (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Process end-to-end payroll functions including timecard approvals and pay data imports.
• Perform pre and post-payroll audits to validate salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage and respond to employee payroll inquiries and concerns.
• Provide necessary payroll data to support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization (visa sponsorship) for US employment.

Nice to have

• Experience using ADP Global View, ADP Celergo, and Workday.
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation.
