What you will do

• Manage recurring global payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments in compliance with local requirements.
• Oversee payroll inputs, validations, funding coordination, and post-payroll reporting.
• Manage relationships with global payroll providers, EOR partners, and payroll tax providers.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Treasury to support payroll execution and employee lifecycle events.
• Standardize processes and improve data flows across payroll, HRIS, ERP, and equity systems.
• Lead and develop the payroll team through clear expectations and cross-training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state US and international operations.
• 3+ years of payroll leadership experience managing teams or outsourced providers.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-entity environments with outsourced providers and EOR partners.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour requirements, and payroll compliance processes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or PE-backed technology environments.
• Proficiency with ADP, ADP Celergo, Workday, or NetSuite.
• Experience supporting statutory audit requests and worker classification considerations.
