What you will do

• Lead payroll administration and serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct the flow of payroll functions and drive ongoing process improvement assessments.
• Manage payroll and expense transactions, including bi-monthly payroll production and vendor coordination.
• Audit pay records and timesheets to ensure absolute accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve employee inquiries and collaborate with HR to verify pay calculations.
• Oversee tax filings, government correspondence, and reconcile payroll GL accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, Texas, United States
• 7+ years of payroll service experience, preferably utilizing ADP or similar outsourced processing.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting, general ledger, and internal controls.
• Practical experience with ERP systems such as Workday, ADP, or NetSuite.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field.
• Ability to interpret complex payroll tax rulings and maintain strict confidentiality.

• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
