What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, and G&A functions in North America.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and inclusive pipelines.
• Deliver a transparent and thoughtful candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.
• Proactively source passive talent for specialized and business-critical positions.
• Optimize recruiting outcomes by refining interview processes and reducing time-to-hire.
• Coach hiring teams on inclusive hiring practices and interview excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (New York, NY) for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong experience as an in-house, full-cycle recruiter across multiple functions.
• Proven track record recruiting mid-to-senior Commercial roles within AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS environments.
• Ability to proactively source and engage passive talent for niche roles.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems, preferably Greenhouse and Workday.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
