What you will do

  • Lead and coach the US Recruiting team, overseeing goal setting, performance management, and development planning.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-generating GTM and Sales requisitions as a player-coach.
  • Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies, including referral campaigns and talent communities.
  • Drive the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and elevate the candidate narrative and experience.
  • Utilize data and dashboards to monitor funnel conversion, pipeline health, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably with a blend of corporate and agency backgrounds.
  • 3 to 5 years of people management experience, with success in coaching and development.
  • Proven experience recruiting in enterprise software or SaaS environments, specifically for GTM and Sales roles.
  • Expert-level sourcing capabilities, including passive talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong data and analytics capability to interpret metrics and present insights to senior executives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, distributed workforce environment.
