Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (requires at least 3 days in office)

Salary: $109,800 – $175,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple business units to attract top talent.
• Build hirify.global's brand as a premium employer of choice in the marketplace.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and establish valid candidate assessment processes.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and negotiation.
• Handle the offer process, reference checks, and salary recommendations.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with audit, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing techniques and customer relationship management.
• Strong consultative, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with WorkDay applicant tracking system.
• Prior experience in workforce planning, including salary equity and staffing level planning.
