Salary: $130,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a wide variety of corporate, technical, and creative roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview plans, and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and track key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing talent across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success attracting passive candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Greenhouse or another ATS.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP and Google Suite.
