What you will do

• Own AMER regional pipeline targets across AI and non-AI offers and execute GTM plans by country and segment.
• Improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency, focusing on the conversion from SMQL to SQO.
• Diagnose and fix funnel leaks across messaging, targeting, routing, and landing pages.
• Drive regional growth through a mix of paid campaigns, events, partnerships, affiliates, and field marketing.
• Develop and execute 30/60/90-day recovery plans for underperforming markets.
• Recruit and manage regional freelancers and agencies to scale execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B regional demand generation, growth, or field marketing, ideally across the Americas.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, funnel conversion, and sales-marketing alignment.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing plans including paid, events, and partnerships.
• Ability to translate performance analysis by country and competitor into actionable growth strategies.
• Hands-on approach to diagnosing buyer journey issues and improving conversion.
• Comfortable operating with strict revenue targets and clear KPIs.

• Experience managing external agencies or contractors.
• Familiarity with AI, data, or SaaS technology markets.
