What you will do

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition and channel strategies across core platforms.
• Build and iterate on SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Optimize funnel performance and conversion rates across the entire customer journey.
• Establish reporting infrastructure and measurement frameworks in partnership with analytics.
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to align on pipeline generation and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, channel strategy, and SEO.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes such as pipeline, conversion, and CAC.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and funnel metrics.
• Experience in B2B environments, preferably mid-market or enterprise.
• Must be located in New York City for on-site work.
