VP, Growth Marketing (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with four days per week in the Mountain View, California office

Salary: $311,000–$355,000 annual base salary, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own growth marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, digital, ABM, field marketing, partner marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Set growth priorities, investment plans, operating models, and measurable pipeline, revenue, and ARR outcomes.
• Build and scale a predictable growth engine across Enterprise, Commercial, and Global markets.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning with Sales, SDRs, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams while establishing a culture of accountability and experimentation.
• Embed AI into campaign planning, content creation, personalization, analytics, reporting, and marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience.
• Leadership experience in growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing supporting enterprise sales.
• Proven ability to build integrated marketing programs that deliver predictable pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
• Expertise in forecasting, attribution, funnel optimization, investment planning, and performance measurement.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing execution, personalization, analytics, and team productivity.
