Salary: $311,000 - $355,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the global growth marketing strategy, including demand generation, ABM, digital, and partner marketing.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Product teams to align GTM strategy and accelerate ARR growth.
• Build a predictable growth engine for Enterprise, Commercial, and Global markets.
• Manage and coach a high-performing team of growth and digital marketing professionals.
• Embed AI into campaign planning, content creation, and operational workflows.
• Establish an operating cadence for pipeline health and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling growth engines and delivering predictable revenue.
• Expertise in forecasting, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Strong experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View office (Hybrid).
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI to improve marketing productivity.
