Salary: $207,500 – $332,400 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy, prioritization framework, and operating model for North America's AI transformation.
• Manage an Embedded AI Pod to identify manual workflows and deploy practical AI solutions that improve team operations.
• Mentor and coach early-career technical and business analysts to become strong AI builders and operators.
• Lead the AI Champions network and create scalable playbooks for business-led AI adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the principal AI advisor to the North America Leadership Team, educating leaders on AI capabilities.
• Establish executive reporting and performance measurement processes to track AI adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience (Bachelor's) or 8+ years (Advanced Degree).
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, and available to work in office at least 3 days a week.
• Proven experience leading AI-enabled workflow transformation and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to build structure and execution plans from ambiguity in a rapidly evolving technical space.
• Excellent executive presence with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
