What you will do

• Act as the primary AI evangelist and strategic bridge between the Excess & Surplus business unit and the AI Center of Excellence (COE).
• Identify, shape, and document AI use cases aligned with business strategy and executive sponsorship.
• Manage the business unit's AI portfolio, tracking pilots, deployments, and value realization against KPIs.
• Drive AI adoption by creating enablement content, leading the AI Champions cohort, and reinforcing behavioral change.
• Translate business operational nuances into technical requirements for engineers and architects.
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with enterprise standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance operations, technology, product management, or business analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Practical working knowledge of AI concepts, including GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform.

Nice to have

• College degree in Business, IT, or Insurance.
• P&C insurance designations (CPCU, AU, AIC).
• Microsoft AI or Copilot certifications.
