What you will do

• Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to identify where AI improves efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes
• Assess current business processes and operating models to identify high-impact AI use cases
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes and lead AI strategy workshops
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, risks, and timelines
• Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting to measure business impact and adoption
• Evaluate AI tool and platform options (generative AI, AI agents, copilots, automation) and guide organizations from pilot to production

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformation
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation
• Experience driving organizational change and business process improvement
• Working knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms as a practitioner/evaluator (not required to build or code)
• Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders
• Work authorization: must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
