Salary: $127,500 - $249,350

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI product strategy engagements from scoping through final delivery, owning the quality of strategy outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level client leaders, shaping decisions across AI strategy and product innovation.
• Define engagement approaches, team structures, and delivery plans for complex AI programs.
• Develop AI product roadmaps and investment cases that align executive vision with technical realities.
• Drive business development by identifying expansion opportunities and leading proposals.
• Build, mentor, and manage teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise AI, data, or digital product initiatives, primarily within consulting or advisory environments.
• Proven ability to lead engagements end-to-end and manage VP-level client relationships.
• Deep fluency in the AI product landscape, including foundation models, agentic frameworks, and AI governance tooling.
• Strong executive communication and strategic storytelling skills.
• Experience building and mentoring delivery teams.
• Must be based in or have valid work authorization for the specified US locations.
