What you will do

• Act as the primary AI evangelist within the Claims business unit, building relationships with leadership and frontline staff to drive AI adoption.
• Identify and document AI use cases aligned with business strategy and executive sponsorship.
• Manage the business unit's AI portfolio, tracking pilots, deployments, and value realization via KPIs.
• Drive adoption of AI tools by developing enablement content and leading the AI Champions cohort.
• Translate operational business contexts into technical requirements for AI engineers and architects.
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements (WAISP).

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC; Short Hills, NJ; or Hartford, CT (Hybrid).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance operations, technology, or product management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Practical working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to lead change management and drive behavioral adoption of new technologies.
• College degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, AU, or AIC.
• Microsoft AI or Copilot certifications.
