What you will do

• Manage, coach, and evaluate branch staff performance and development.
• Drive the adoption of the Sales Flow Model to improve member service and sales outcomes.
• Monitor and maintain the branch's financial performance.
• Recruit new staff and foster the company's mission and values.
• Coordinate communication regarding goals, action plans, and corporate initiatives.
• Represent and promote the organization within the local community.

Requirements

• Significant experience in financial services and sales.
• Ability to work under a sales goal or quota system to meet objectives.
• Must be able to work on weekends and serve in relief capacity at other branches.
• Strong professional communication, decisiveness, and a positive attitude.
• Preferred college degree in business administration or extensive managerial experience at a financial institution.
