Salary: $19.21–$26.90 per hour, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Support assigned retail banking operational functions, including account setup, wires, ACH, payment processing, cash services, user access, and related systems.
• Administer function-specific systems and application access for bank staff.
• Provide training, documentation, customer service, and responses to complex procedural and application inquiries.
• Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity testing, and critical bankwide problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback, issue trends, and documented resolutions to recommend process improvements and prevent recurring problems.
• Support annual SilverLake releases through defect review, testing, training documentation, and system updates.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
• High school diploma required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 0–2 years of clerical, banking, client service, retail banking, or operations experience.
• Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, work independently, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of laws and regulations related to deposit accounts and bank operations.
