Salary: $140,000–$180,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Operate day-to-day to learn and build scalable business processes across recruiting, product analytics, and deal desk.
• Own 0-to-1 execution of mission-critical parts of the business, shipping initial versions and iterating as the company grows.
• Clarify decision making by analyzing data, identifying trends, and reporting to key stakeholders.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams to unblock cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in New York City or San Francisco.
• 3-6 years of experience in business operations, finance, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills; experience with financial data and SQL; familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot.
• Comfort building tools with large language models (LLMs) is a must.
• Excellent communication skills to distill operational complexity into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills with ability to build trust quickly.
