Manager, Operations (Marketing Agency)

What you will do

• Coordinate client onboarding, offboarding, cancellations, scope changes, approvals, documentation, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Administer Salesforce, SCOPE, ClickUp, and related operational platforms while maintaining accurate and consistent data.
• Provide operational support, resolve routine issues, follow up on outstanding requirements, and escalate recurring or material problems.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, templates, checklists, and training materials.
• Prepare operational reports and audits, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Design, test, document, and measure AI-enabled or automated workflows with appropriate human-review controls.

Requirements

• Approximately four to seven years of experience in agency operations, business operations, client operations, project management, revenue operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a marketing agency, professional-services organization, or multi-client environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience administering CRM, project-management, workflow, or reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to document and improve cross-functional business processes with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Practical experience with generative AI, automation, or workflow tools, including the ability to identify when human review is required.
• Strong written communication, prioritization, judgment, and collaboration skills.
