What you will do

• Lead Civil3D modeling, coordination, and digital delivery for major civil and infrastructure projects.
• Guide global production teams to maintain modeling standards and ensure consistent quality.
• Present constructability insights and models directly to clients in virtual coordination meetings.
• Optimize workflows, templates, and QA/QC checks to streamline global digital delivery.
• Execute Navisworks clash detection and manage cross-discipline coordination.
• Test and implement AI-driven modeling and coordination tools to boost accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC execution for civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in Civil3D modeling (grading, drainage, site infrastructure).
• Experience coordinating with general contractors or sitework/excavation teams.
• US work authorization is required.
• Ability to lead virtual meetings and present technical content to clients.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and multi-discipline integration.
