Senior Electrical Engineer (Mission-Critical Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Design medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems, campus power conveyance, UPS topologies, and emergency or standby generation systems.
• Develop electrical packages covering grounding, industrial lighting, and low-voltage communications for complex facilities.
• Architect building electrical system retrofits for high-density power requirements and equipment upgrades.
• Lead and mentor electrical engineers and designers while establishing design requirements and construction documentation standards.
• Manage project quality, scope, budgets, schedules, and engineering reviews.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, client, owner, and contractor stakeholders through construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• At least 6 years of experience designing building electrical systems and medium- or low-voltage distribution networks.
• Experience designing data centers, mission-critical facilities, or high-density industrial plants.
• Experience leading or managing small-to-medium engineering teams.
• Expert knowledge of NFPA 70 and hands-on proficiency with Revit or equivalent BIM software.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of dedicated data center facility design experience.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects on greenfield sites.
