Account Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing an existing book of business for mid-market customers with an accent on building C-level relationships and consultative selling. Focus on identifying strategic organizational goals, executing territory plans, and maximizing client retention through optimized product usage.

Location: Remote (Must be based in North America / NOAM)

Salary: OTE $130,000 – $150,000 (Base $80,000 – $90,000)

What you will do

• Manage and grow a book of business for mid-market clients to maximize retention and contract upgrades.
• Establish and maintain strategic C-level relationships within designated accounts.
• Develop and execute territory plans and tailored sales campaigns.
• Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and optimize the client's use of hirify.global products.
• Maintain accurate account and contact information within the CRM.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or the recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience with complex, consultative sales involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build business relationships at all levels.
• Must be based in the NOAM (North America) region.
