What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, executing adoption and renewal motions to drive retention.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure value realization and proactively address issues.
- Lead renewal conversations and manage standard contract processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and customers to accelerate platform adoption.
- Identify expansion or usage opportunities and partner with senior team members for execution.
- Maintain accurate customer data, renewal tracking, and activity logging in CRM tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Santa Clara, CA.

- Familiarity with HR Tech, recruiting tools, or developer-focused products.
- Experience engaging with HR, Talent, or Engineering decision-makers.
- Collaborative mindset for working across Support, Product, and Sales teams.
