Salary: Base up to $95,000, OTE $190,000

What you will do

• Target new Configure One Cloud customers through self-sourced and marketing-qualified leads.
• Drive customer renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver tailored business value presentations and product demonstrations to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure product adoption.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline discipline using CRM and AI tools.
• Implement data-driven strategies to mitigate churn and monitor customer health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex SaaS accounts with a focus on renewals and expansion.
• Experience with CPQ or ERP-related solutions.
• Proven ability to drive growth strategies across engineering, operations, and IT departments.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled sales platforms and data analytics tools.
• Must be based in the United States and align with Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
