Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead BIM & VDC coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Revit, Navisworks, and Civil3D.
• Manage clash detection processes and facilitate resolution discussions to ensure constructibility and alignment with milestones.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating coordination deliverables into business-relevant insights.
• Implement process improvements through workflow standardization, automation, and AI-supported coordination techniques.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and external stakeholders to align project expectations and risks.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help strengthen the organization's BIM/VDC capabilities.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in BIM/VDC and a strong understanding of real-world construction systems.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Civil3D.
• Must be located in Chicago, New York City, or Denver.
• Required: US work authorization.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to clients and leading coordination discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
