What you will do

• Lead virtual 3D coordination meetings to facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop, maintain, and adhere to BIM and VDC processes, standards, and best practices.
• Produce spatial coordination models and technical drawings using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Process and manage 2D and 3D information for construction and design coordination.
• Establish project schedules, issue tracking logs, and performance metrics to monitor progress.
• Improve and maintain BIM QA/QC procedures to ensure error-free deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a BIM or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) role.
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
• Must be based in Lexington, Kentucky (Onsite).

Nice to have

• Experience in non-residential construction, construction management, estimating, or architectural construction administration.
