What you will do

• Lead the development and coordination of schematic and detailed BIM models for construction projects.
• Attend and lead 3D coordination meetings, representing clients and facilitating communication among architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty systems throughout project phases.
• Produce spatial coordination models and technical drawings using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related platforms.
• Maintain BIM/VDC processes, project schedules, issue logs, meeting records, performance metrics, and QA/QC procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional BIM or VDC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, scopes of work, and construction schedules.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, plus at least one of Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in non-residential construction, construction management, estimating, or architectural construction administration.
