What you will do

• Plan and execute the layout, modeling, and detailed design of structural systems across all project phases.
• Produce comprehensive 3D models, framing plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Resolve spatial conflicts between structural systems and other engineering disciplines using advanced review tools.
• Review and back-check deliverables of junior designers and early-career engineers for accuracy and code adherence.
• Conduct site visits and field surveys of existing structural conditions to ensure design accuracy.
• Manage submittals, respond to RFIs, and monitor project scope and schedules against budgets.

Requirements

• Professional mid-to-senior level experience in structural design and engineering coordination.
• Extensive proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong experience in model review and clash detection utilizing Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Thorough understanding of structural discipline requirements and applicable building codes and standards.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hillsboro, OR.

Nice to have

• Experience leading structural sub-teams or managing design packages for complex commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.
• Proven track record of managing cross-discipline coordination in fast-paced design environments.
