What you will do

• Develop 3D structural models from verbal instructions or sketches and produce complete structural plans and details.
• Apply department and client standards to models and documents consistently.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of your work and take ownership of assigned scope to meet schedules and quality.
• Coordinate design with related disciplines and support team members.
• Lead small design teams: assign tasks, balance workloads, monitor progress, conduct reviews, and resolve issues.
• Advance design automation and review models for quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years drafting/design experience in structural field.
• Minimum 3 years Revit experience.
• Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 7+ years structural drafting/design experience.
• 5+ years Revit experience.
• Experience with SmartPlant, Tekla, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
• Designing traditional steel and concrete structures.
• General industrial facilities, especially semiconductor-related.
