What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and budget constraints.
• Lead the development of architectural designs and detailed construction drawings using Revit and BIM workflows.
• Present design proposals and 3D visualizations to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and external construction partners to ensure design intent is met.
• Oversee construction progress through site observations and resolution of field issues.

Requirements

• Current license to practice architecture in Michigan (or ability to obtain).
• 8-10 years of professional architectural experience in industrial, commercial, or educational sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM workflows.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for managing project-driven timelines.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• NCARB registration.
• LEED accreditation.
