Senior BIM Specialist (Revit/Plant 3D)

Location: Nashville, TN, USA; on-site. Travel: less than 1%.

What you will do

• Lead model setup and provide BIM support to industrial design teams.
• Coordinate BIM technologies including Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of company BIM standards, parametric families, project work, and deliverable setup.
• Participate in BIM strategies for major projects requiring unique integration approaches.
• Collaborate with BIM Automation Specialists and the BIM Technology Manager to improve workflow efficiency.
• Help develop and implement training for design and CAD technicians, including daily Innovation Hub sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with Revit, Plant 3D, or an equivalent platform.
• Construction industry experience.
• General understanding of P&ID, systems drawings, and spool or isometric drawing generation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred background in mechanical or electrical design.
• Technical degree or associate degree in CAD Technology is preferred.
