Senior BIM Specialist (Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead model setups and provide comprehensive BIM support to the Industrial Division design staff.
• Coordinate technology implementation and usage for Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of company BIM standards and parametric families.
• Develop and execute training curricula for design and CAD technicians within the division.
• Collaborate with the BIM Committee and Technology Manager to optimize and modernize workflow processes.
• Engage in daily Innovation Hub training and huddle sessions to advance technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with Revit, Plant 3D, or equivalent software.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• High School diploma required; Technical Degree or Associates in CAD Technology is preferred.
• General understanding of P&ID, Systems Drawings, and the generation of Spool or Isometric drawings.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Nashville, TN.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in Mechanical or Electrical Design.
