Salary: $71,410–$107,110 per year.

What you will do
- Lead and ensure the safety of production teams of 15–50 employees per shift.
- Manage daily production activities and coordinate resources, materials, processes, and equipment.
- Monitor quality, productivity, cost, and schedule performance against plant targets.
- Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, cost, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Train team members, evaluate performance, and provide guidance for improvement.
- Support sanitation operations and enforce plant procedures, including lockout/tagout and personal protective equipment requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree with at least four years of relevant industry or work experience, or supervisory or management experience; high school diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant with moving mechanical parts, temperature extremes, vibration, wet conditions, chemicals, electrical hazards, and moderate noise.
