What you will do

• Drive loss elimination activities and maintain maintenance schedules for assigned lines to ensure stability.
• Manage and coach mechanics on shift assignments, focusing on proactive work and predictable line performance.
• Monitor and improve key reliability metrics, specifically MTBF, MTTR, and unplanned downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis for safety, quality, and major losses to prevent recurrence.
• Lead early equipment management and support the implementation of Integrated Work Systems (IWS).
• Participate in annual budgeting and identify productivity opportunities within the maintenance area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, continuous improvement methods, and OSHA regulations.
• Technical proficiency in computer programming and ladder logic.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbs.
