What you will do

• Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activities during the facility startup phase.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and technical teams to prepare systems for manufacturing.
• Develop and improve SOPs, batch records, and operational procedures.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing production team.
• Transition operations from the initial startup phase to steady-state manufacturing.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Bend, Oregon, USA for a fully onsite role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven leadership potential with experience guiding or supporting teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
