What you will do

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with environmental and health regulations.
• Drive operational excellence through 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Mentor and empower shift managers and operations staff to build an engaged workforce.
• Develop and implement production strategies aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Manage operational and capital budgets while identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to enhance business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven success in leading organizational change and building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Process Safety Management.
• Six Sigma or formal continuous improvement certification.
• Background in lean tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• MBA with a focus in Operations, Finance, or Accounting.
