What you will do

• Direct manufacturing shift operations and manage equipment, facilities, and personnel for maximum efficiency.
• Drive departmental KPIs focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings.
• Manage departmental budgets through daily production reviews and cost control measures.
• Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) and Best Demonstrated Practices to achieve world-class manufacturing status.
• Develop and train shift teams through succession planning and employee assessments.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and quality forming defects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fulton, NY, USA
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi-process production groups (5-10 years preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with HALO and BPCS systems.
• High School diploma required; college diploma is desirable.
