What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate 20-30 employees in assigned work centers.
• Manage day-to-day line operations in collaboration with clients.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
• Compile shift reports and analyze trends to identify gaps.
• Implement standard and special processes consistently across shifts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Corvallis, Oregon.
• Supervisory experience managing large teams in a testing environment.
• Strong understanding of the product development life cycle (PDLC).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
