Associate Manager, Human Resources (Biotech)

Location: On-site in Boston, Massachusetts, with in-office attendance during core working hours 4–5 days per week.

Salary: $98,000–$126,000 per year.

What you will do

• Run and continuously improve the end-to-end new-hire experience, including orientation and the Kickstart Entrada onboarding program.
• Support employee engagement surveys, focus groups, action planning, performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations matters, including support for workplace investigations.
• Coordinate company-wide learning and development programs, including leadership development and manager training.
• Lead recruitment, coordination, onboarding, and enrichment for the Co-Op Program.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR documentation while supporting onboarding workflows, background checks, and HRIS data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with employee experience, onboarding, learning and development, or HR business partnership initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Boston 4–5 days per week during core working hours.

• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technology industry.
