Salary: $98,000–$126,000 per year.

is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing genetic medicines for neuromuscular and inherited retinal diseases.
What you will do
- Run and continuously improve the end-to-end new-hire experience, including orientation and the Kickstart Entrada onboarding program.
- Support employee engagement surveys, focus groups, action planning, performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations matters, including support for workplace investigations.
- Coordinate company-wide learning and development programs, including leadership development and manager training.
- Lead recruitment, coordination, onboarding, and enrichment for the Co-Op Program.
- Maintain organizational charts and HR documentation while supporting onboarding workflows, background checks, and HRIS data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills.
- Experience with employee experience, onboarding, learning and development, or HR business partnership initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work on-site in Boston 4–5 days per week during core working hours.
