Employee Relations Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Dallas, Texas (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $109,500 - $164,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace escalations, conducting impartial and well-documented investigations.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters and performance management with empathy and sound judgment.
• Partner with employment counsel to interpret policies and employment laws, ensuring consistent practices across all jurisdictions.
• Maintain meticulous case documentation and continuously refine ER processes to reduce operational risk.
• Analyze ER data to brief leadership on trends and develop targeted trainings for managers on best-in-class people practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in human resources, employee relations, employment law, or workplace investigations.
• Experience independently conducting complex workplace investigations and handling highly sensitive confidential matters.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and apply legal advice.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state/provincial employment laws.
