Human Resources Generalist Onsite

Location: Onsite in Cedar Park, Texas, 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle and high-volume recruitment through an applicant tracking system, including frequent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes in compliance with local and federal employment laws.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance concerns, and employee relations matters.
• Conduct impartial investigations and implement engagement, recognition, and leadership development initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and trends to inform strategy and align programs with business objectives.
• Design onboarding programs and coordinate training and development initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably including successful leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HR technologies and tools such as JazzHR, Monday.com, Rippling, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Availability to work onsite in Cedar Park 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
