VP, International IT Engagement and M&A Integrations (Live Entertainment)

Location: UK based (40% Travel Required), hybrid model

What you will do

• Act as the primary Business Point of Contact (BPOC) for international business and IT escalations, ensuring alignment with global SLAs.
• Lead the IT workstream for global M&A integrations, managing integration playbooks and onboarding new entities to global platforms.
• Support the Global Head of IT Operations with organizational strategy, roadmap planning, and executive communications.
• Develop and manage the international IT budget, including resource planning, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Oversee IT compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other regional data protection laws.
• Organize and lead Global IT Leaders Conferences and forums to foster knowledge sharing across international regions.

Requirements

• Significant senior IT leadership experience managing operations across multiple international regions.
• Proven track record leading IT workstreams within M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-merger execution.
• Strong background in IT service management (ITSM), CSAT ownership, and SLA governance.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing large-scale IT budgets across international operations.
• Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel internationally approximately 40% of the time.
• Deep understanding of international IT compliance and cybersecurity frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in live entertainment, hospitality, venues, or media industries.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure, or SAP.
• ITIL, PMP, or MBA qualifications.
• Experience reporting into a Group CIO or CTO function within a large, publicly listed organization.
