VP, International IT Engagement and M&A Integrations

Location: Farringdon, London, United Kingdom; UK based, with a hybrid working model and 40% international travel required. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones is essential.

What you will do

• Lead international IT operations, escalations, service performance, SLA governance, and customer satisfaction improvement.
• Advise the Global Head of IT Operations on strategy, roadmaps, executive communications, budgets, vendors, capital expenditure, and resourcing.
• Lead IT workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, playbooks, and post-merger execution.
• Assess IT readiness for new international business ventures and define integration roadmaps.
• Oversee international IT compliance, data protection, cybersecurity controls, risk registers, and remediation plans.
• Build the global IT leadership community, chair international forums, and align regional execution with global standards.

Requirements

• Significant senior IT leadership experience across multiple international regions and complex, multi-site environments.
• Experience at VP, Director, or equivalent level, including ownership of international IT operations and sizeable budgets.
• Proven experience leading M&A IT workstreams from pre-deal due diligence through integration and post-merger execution.
• Strong IT service management background, including CSAT, escalation management, and SLA governance.
• Experience engaging business stakeholders at senior executive and board levels.
• Knowledge of international IT compliance, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in live entertainment, hospitality, venues, or media and content industries.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure, or SAP.
• ITIL, PMP, MBA, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience working with a Group CIO or CTO function in a publicly listed organisation.
