What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams, aligning priorities, objectives, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive predictable, efficient delivery of high-quality products and features.
• Shape engineering strategy, organisational planning, and technology direction.
• Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Establish operational excellence through engineering metrics, effective processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Support architectural and technical decisions while balancing scalability, maintainability, security, innovation, and commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale software engineering organisations and multiple engineering teams.
• Experience leading engineering managers, developing future leaders, and delivering complex software products at scale.
• Strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with organisational change, continuous improvement, budgets, resource planning, and organisational growth.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, engineering metrics, and data-driven delivery improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, customer focus, and talent development skills.
