Vice President, Engineering Excellence (AI): Leading technical program management, quality and evaluation engineering, and developer experience platforms across a global technology organization with an accent on engineering standards, software quality, AI evaluation, and developer productivity. Focus on building internal platforms, governing testing and model evaluation frameworks, managing cross-organizational dependencies, and scaling CI/CD and engineering practices across regions.

What you will do
- Develop and execute technology strategy for Technical Program Management, Quality & Evaluation Engineering, and Developer Experience & Internal Platforms.
- Lead software quality standards and AI/model output evaluation frameworks across products, platforms, and internal operations.
- Prioritize enterprise technical programs, manage dependencies, and improve execution across product, engineering, and regional organizations.
- Establish engineering standards, career frameworks, developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Build and evolve the internal developer platform and AI-assisted development capabilities.
- Partner with senior executives and regional CTOs across the US, UK, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America to align engineering practices with business priorities.
Requirements
- Experience developing strategy for technical program management, quality and evaluation engineering, and developer experience platforms.
- Experience governing software testing standards and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to lead cross-organizational programs, manage dependencies, and drive disciplined execution.
- Experience establishing engineering standards, career frameworks, developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building internal developer platforms and scaling developer productivity technologies.
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive global adoption of engineering practices.
