What you will do

• Coordinate GCO components of new projects end-to-end, tracking deliverables across product and partner teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure using Jira, Salesforce, and BI tools.
• Manage program budgets and flag financial variances to leadership.
• Act as the primary operational connector between GCO and commercial, GTM, and customer success teams.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to reduce manual workflows.
• Synthesize operational metrics into actionable summaries for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordination within clinical operations.
• 2+ years of project management experience or professional certification.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and Airtable.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and maintain accurate documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in reproductive or hormonal health (fertility, pregnancy, menopause).
• Track record of defining KPIs and running operational reviews.
• Experience working in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
