What you will do

• Build and manage timelines, sprint plans, creative schedules, and delivery workflows in Asana.
• Coordinate Brand, Design, Content, and cross-functional marketing partners from brief through final delivery.
• Set project expectations, clarify requirements, manage interdependencies, and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks early and facilitate decisions on scope, timelines, capacity, and resourcing.
• Structure review and approval processes while coordinating agencies and contractors.
• Maintain content libraries and support consistent use of brand guidelines across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of successful project management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in creative operations and managing work from brief to final delivery.
• Exceptional proficiency with Asana and sprint planning.
• Experience aligning agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks, negotiate solutions, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining delivery.
