Salary: £115,000 - £122,500

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations and platform configurations for high-value customers.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to define learning strategies, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants on integration strategies involving SSO, HRIS feeds, and content.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting for multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Mentor junior Implementation Consultants and develop reusable delivery playbooks.
• Integrate AI tools into delivery processes and contribute AI-driven efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS delivery and managing large-scale professional services implementations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience communicating platform capabilities and business strategy to VP- and C-level executives.
• Knowledge of learning ecosystems, including LMS, LXP, and HRIS data exchange.
• Proficiency in defining AI use cases and success criteria within enterprise governance frameworks.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing hirify.global or similar learning experience platforms.
• Background in L&D strategy or organizational change management.
• Experience delivering implementations in North American or Latin American markets.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
